(TSXV: INTR) (OTCQB: IMTCF) (“Intrepid” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce assay results from two additional diamond drill holes from the Ringo Zone as part of the ongoing 2025 drill program at the Company’s Corral Copper Property (“Corral” or the “Property“) in Cochise County, Arizona. To date, Intrepid has competed eleven drill holes (2813.2m meters) across the Ringo, Earp and Holliday zones, with a twelfth hole currently underway at the Ringo Zone (see Figure 1). These latest results continue to build on the encouraging mineralization identified in earlier drilling and further validate the potential of Corral as an emerging copper asset in a highly prospective district. “Our 2025 drill campaign continues to deliver strong copper and gold results from the Ringo Zone,” said Ken Engquist, CEO of Intrepid Metals. “We’re especially encouraged by the success of our northern drilling extension, which is showing potential expansion of this mineralized zone. Beyond the impressive intervals of continuous, locally high-grade mineralization, we’re now seeing clear signs of a transition toward copper-gold porphyry-style systems. This reinforces Ringo’s potential as a shallow, bulk-minable porphyry target. And it’s just one of several newly identified porphyry centers within our rapidly advancing exploration program at Corral.” Highlights from Hole CC25_029 and CC25_030: CC25_029 216.50 meters (“m”) of 0.71% Copper (“Cu”), 0.28 grams per ton (“gpt”) Gold (“Au”) and 5.14 gpt Silver (“Ag”) (0.85% Copper Equivalent (“CuEq”)1) including, 49.10m of 1.84% Cu, 0.78 gpt Au and 11.41 gpt Ag (2.20% CuEq1) and 23.05m of 3.31% Cu, 1.31 gpt Au and 16.65 gpt Ag (3.77% CuEq1) and 10.25m of 5.94% Cu, 2.20 gpt Au and 25.50 gpt Ag (6.51%CuEq1) and 63.10m of 0.79% Cu, 0.28 gpt Au and 6.81 gpt Ag (0.94% CuEq1) and 7.95m of 2.92% Cu, 0.48 gpt Au and 18.64 gpt Ag (2.89% CuEq1) and 13.35m of 1.14% Cu, 0.23 gpt Au and 9.53 gpt Ag (1.17% CuEq1). CC25_030 98.20m of 0.35% Cu, 0.43 gpt Au and 4.75 gpt Ag (0.70% CuEq1) including, 37.50m of 0.81% Cu, 1.00 gpt Au and 10.18 gpt Ag (1.63% CuEq1) and 14.00m of 0.78% Cu, 0.61 gpt Au and 12.92 gpt Ag (1.17% CuEq1) and 5.85m of 2.04% Cu, 1.27 gpt Au and 16.44 gpt Ag (3.50% CuEq1) 31.10 meters of 0.27% Cu, 0.20 gpt Au and 3.99 gpt Ag (0.38% CuEq1) including, 9.80m of 0.79% Cu, 0.54 gpt Au and 7.63 gpt Ag (1.04% CuEq1) Economic Geology of Corral Precious and base metal mineralization at Corral is concentrated in structurally controlled northeast dipping siliciclastic and carbonate sedimentary rocks including (oldest to youngest) Cambrian Bolsa Quartzite, upper-Cambrian Abrigo Limestone, Devonian Martín limestone and Mississippian Escabrosa limestone and in Jurassic aged intrusions. The most intense mineralization occurs in the Abrigo Limestone (main host) and Bolsa Quartzite, which are intruded locally by a series of Jurassic (and possibly younger) mineralized intrusions including the Star Hill, Copper Bell and Sniveler porphyries, quartz latite sills, and cross-cutting mineralized breccia bodies. The Corral Copper Property includes the Holliday, Earp and Ringo Zones (northwest to southeast), which are related zones of discontinuously outcropping, locally high grade CRD, skarn and distal porphyry related mineralization and associated supergene enrichment that formed in the distal porphyry copper geological environment. A significant component of Intrepid’s discovery strategy at Corral is to leverage distal alteration and mineralization to vector toward one or more mineralized porphyry copper centers (see News Release dated April 15, 2025). The Ringo Zone is located at the southern end of a 3.5km long string of copper-gold-silver-zinc bearing carbonate replacement bodies (Figure 1). The Ringo Zone measures approximately 900m (northwest to southeast) by 800m (southwest to northeast) and contains favorable Abrigo Limestone (and Bolsa Formation), pre-mineral intrusions, alteration and copper-gold-silver-zinc replacement style mineralization and secondary enriched copper oxide zones that are locally high-grade. CGTN: Beauty in diversity: How wisdom at Nishan Forum inspires global modernization

BEIJING, CHINA – Media OutReach Newswire – 10 July 2025 – As the 11th Nishan Forum on World Civilizations takes place in east China’s Qufu City, CGTN published an article highlighting the importance of dialogue and mutual learning among civilizations to promote harmonious coexistence, shared prosperity, and the safeguarding of traditional values in the face of modern challenges. “Is it not a joy to have friends come from afar?” This opening question and well-known saying from the Analects of Confucius has been transformed into a vivid reality as experts and scholars from across the world gathered at the 11th Nishan Forum on World Civilizations in east China’s Qufu City. The forum is named after Nishan Mountain, formerly known as the Ni Qiu Hill, about 30 kilometers southeast of Qufu – the birthplace of the great Chinese thinker and educator Confucius (551-479 BC). Since its first edition in 2010, the forum has become a platform for understanding China and fostering international cultural and civilizational exchanges. Taking place from Wednesday to Thursday, the 11th Nishan Forum attracted more than 500 global leaders, scholars and cultural figures to explore the role of ancient wisdom in shaping the modern world with the theme of “Beauty in Diversity: Nurturing Understanding Among Civilizations for Global Modernization.” Understanding among civilizations highlighted Scholars at the forum underscored the essential role that cultural exchange and mutual learning among civilizations play in advancing human progress. Noting armed conflicts have resurfaced in today’s turbulent world, Madagascar’s Ambassador to China Jean Louis Robinson spoke highly of the forum, saying that its role in promoting harmonious coexistence and shared prosperity among diverse cultures and civilizations has become all the more significant. China-proposed Global Civilization Initiative (GCI) won praise from foreign participants. In March 2023, China introduced the GCI, which calls for respect for global civilizational diversity, the promotion of shared human values, the inheritance and innovation of civilizations, and the strengthening of international cultural exchanges. Hussain Mohamed Latheef, vice president of the Republic of Maldives, described the GCI as a timely reminder of the need to respect and understand diverse cultures worldwide. “The initiative promotes shared human values, aims to balance tradition with innovation, and supports cultural exchange and development,” Latheef added. Some of the experts spoke highly of the influence of Confucianism, which is known for its five key concepts, namely benevolence, or “ren” in Chinese, righteousness, or “yi,” propriety, “li,” wisdom, “zhi,” and trustworthiness, “xin.” Dr Salome Nyambura, director of the Confucius Institute at Kenyatta University, told CGTN that close people-to-people exchanges between China and Kenya have made more Kenyans interested in Confucianism. Echoing Nyambura, Riccardo Pozzo, professor of History of Philosophy at Tor Vergata University of Rome, said that Confucianism can provide valuable solutions to bridge traditional and modern issues and solve modern problems, citing the saying from the Analects that “If a man keeps cherishing his old knowledge and continually acquires new knowledge, he may become a teacher to others.” Global modernization deeply rooted in fertile soil of civilizations As well as fueling academic dialogue and people-to-people connections, exchanges among civilizations are also expected to generate valuable insights to tackle global challenges and open up diverse pathways for modernization. China is committed to offering new opportunities to the world through the achievements of its unique path to modernization, and providing new momentum to global partners through its vast domestic market, Sun Chunlan, president of the International Confucian Association, said when addressing the opening of the forum. China’s poverty alleviation efforts and global cooperation on poverty reduction have provided relevant examples, demonstrating that the development of civilization should be “people-oriented” and that the fruits of development can benefit more groups. Wang Xuedian, vice president of the International Confucian Association, said that civilizations must engage in dialogue and mutual learning to explore development paths that align with their own cultural contexts. By drawing on advanced productive forces and promoting traditional values, different civilizations can bridge developmental gaps and realize the common prosperity and harmonious coexistence of multiple civilizations, Wang added. As for Latheef, humanity must work together to safeguard cultural traditions and values while embracing new ideas and changes to adapt to global modernization. Roger T. Ames, professor emeritus of philosophy at the University of Hawaii and Humanities Chair Professor at Peking University, said that the urgent task is to transform individualism into a conscious awareness of a united global community, adding that the Confucian values of fairness, inclusiveness and harmony offer valuable guidance for addressing the pressing challenges of the modern world. https://news.cgtn.com/news/2025-07-10/Beauty-in-diversity-How-Nishan-Forum-inspires-global-modernization-1ET6WOKnklO/p.html Hashtag: #CGTN The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

AI-Generated Media Drives Real-World Fraud, Identity Theft, and Business Compromise

Trend Micro uncovers the criminal playbook for deepfake-enabled cybercrime HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach Newswire – 10 July 2025 – Trend Micro Incorporated (TYO: 4704; TSE: 4704), a global cybersecurity leader, today released a new report exposing the scale and maturity of deepfake-enabled cybercrime. As generative AI tools become more powerful, affordable, and accessible, cybercriminals are rapidly adopting them to support attacks, ranging from business fraud to extortion and identity theft. To read the full report, Deepfake it ’til You Make It: A Comprehensive View of the New AI Criminal Toolset, please visit: https://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/hk/security/news/cybercrime-and-digital-threats/deepfake-it-til-you-make-it-a-comprehensive-view-of-the-new-ai-criminal-toolset The report shows how deepfakes have moved beyond hype into real-world exploitation, undermining digital trust, exposing companies to new risks, and accelerating the business models of cybercriminals. Tony Lee, Head of Consulting, Hong Kong & Macau, at Trend: “AI-generated media is not just a future risk, it’s a real business threat. We’re seeing executives impersonated, hiring processes compromised, and financial safeguards bypassed with alarming ease. This research is a wake up call—if businesses are not proactively preparing for the deepfake era, they’re already behind. In a world where seeing is no longer believing, digital trust must be rebuilt from the ground up.” The research found that threat actors no longer need underground expertise to launch convincing attacks. Instead, they are using off-the-shelf video, audio, and image generation platforms, many of which are marketed to content creators, to generate realistic deepfakes that deceive both individuals and organizations. These tools are inexpensive, easy to use, and increasingly capable of bypassing identity verification systems and security controls. The report outlines a growing cybercriminal ecosystem where these platforms are used to execute convincing scams, including: CEO fraud has become increasingly harder to detect as attackers use deepfake audio or video to impersonate senior leaders in real-time meetings. Recruitment processes are being compromised by fake candidates who use AI to pass interviews and gain unauthorized access to internal systems. Financial services firms are seeing a surge in deepfake attempts to bypass KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, enabling anonymous money laundering through falsified credentials. The criminal underground is actively trading tutorials, toolkits, and services to streamline these operations. From step-by-step playbooks for bypassing onboarding procedures to plug-and-play face-swapping tools, the barrier to entry is now minimal. As deepfake-enabled scams grow in frequency and complexity, businesses are urged to take proactive steps to minimize their risk exposure and protect their people and processes. This includes educating staff on social engineering risks, reviewing authentication workflows, and exploring detection solutions for synthetic media.Hashtag: #trendmicro #trendvisionone #visionone #cybersecurity https://www.trendmicro.comhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/trend-micro-hong-kong-96353768/https://twitter.com/trendmicroameahttps://www.facebook.com/tmhk1989/ The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.
